You have the flexibility to participate in the challenges at three different intensity levels, ensuring success even on the most challenging weeks.

Understand your specific body's needs

You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your health and become an active participant in your healing. By learning about the 3 body types (dosha) and becoming aware of your imbalances and how to correct them, you will be able to achieve balance in the body, mind, and spirit, leading to overall holistic well-being.

The 30 days in 6 weeks challenge will empower you to create lasting transformation. By adjusting your routines, you will experience improved sleep quality and increased energy levels and vitality.  You will experiment with techniques such as meditation, yoga, and relaxation practices to reduce stress and promote mental well-being, clearing mental fog and improving focus and concentration.

You will experiment with different recipes and remedies to improve digestive health. By detoxifying the body through dietary changes, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices, you can improve digestion and energy.
