My path into yoga balance began with a desire to realign and connect with the best version of myself. I was drawn to the structure of the chakra and dosha systems — tools that help us understand body, mind, and emotions in a deeply holistic way.
Today, I guide flows that support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, I love witnessing how these practices bring clarity, strength, and ease.
Each class blends movement with mantra, visualisation, and essential oils to awaken your inner wisdom and support your journey.

as a Prenatal Yoga Teacher
Yoga and meditation have been part of my life since childhood, but it was during my pregnancy that I truly fell in love with the practice. Pregnancy and motherhood deepened this connection, helping me transform fear into confidence and exhaustion into calm. Through breath, movement, and visualization, I experienced birth with trust and clarity. I'm here to share these tools with you, so you can embrace this beautiful journey into parenthood with joy and presence.

About me
as a Kids Yoga Teacher
I've been teaching yoga and English to children aged 1 to 6 since 2019, and what I love most is their endless imagination and joyful curiosity. Each class is an adventure — we travel through magical lands, meet animals, and discover hidden treasures, all while moving, breathing, and connecting to our bodies.
My favourite part is guiding children on an inner journey through storytelling, helping them feel calm, confident, and free to express themselves. Yoga becomes a playful path for self-discovery, and we always have a lot of fun along the way!
